This notice covers the Android app. There are no accounts, cloud saves, analytics, advertising or profiling. 3. Settings, favorites, completed pictures and unfinished puzzles, including piece positions, moves, play time and view, are stored locally on this device. Random selection remembers previously selected pictures. 4. No advertising or advertising SDKs; no advertising consent is needed. 5. Google Play handles the one-time purchase. The app privately stores and verifies the signed receipt on this device and restores purchases with the same Google Play account. Payment details are not sent to KAN KAI WORKS. 6. After a verified purchase, Google Play may ask once for an optional review after the first completed puzzle. The app stores only that the request was attempted, not your rating. 7. The Play version includes previews, music, fonts and starter pictures. Additional picture packs download through Google Play when you choose them and can then be used offline. Google processes delivery under its privacy terms. The complete test APK includes all pictures. External links open the browser only when selected. Local preferences provide the game functions you choose. Where personal data is involved, the basis is performance of the service under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). No information is required; without storage, choices last only for the session. There are no automated decisions or data from other sources. 9. Google Play processes purchase, device and diagnostic data for billing and delivery, using Internet access. Game saves stay local. Camera, microphone, location and contacts are not requested. There is no separate gameplay analytics or advertising. 10. These data remain until app or browser data are cleared or the app is uninstalled. There is no cloud sync; Android backups are disabled. If storage is blocked, changes last only for the session. 11. Where applicable, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
