A possible process
An entry-level course needs coaches, equipment and a suitable area. Planning can combine these resources with number of participants and output times so that regular hall operation remains possible in parallel.

Services in detail
Custom software for climbing and boulder halls can combine course organization with the required resources. An appointment depends not only on free participants, but also on trainers, materials and suitable areas. These relationships form the basis of planning.
For a booked course, the agreed requirements and required resources are compiled. Who checks participant information and prepares material, is determined in advance. An overview can make open organizational tasks visible before the appointment.
Equipment issued or locked is not automatically available for the next course. For a supplementary material management, we clarify labeling, return and condition. Technical examinations and approvals are based on your specifications.
Yes. Information, conditions and capacities may be differentiated by type of offer. The sharing of trainers and areas is taken into account in the same planning.
No. It can support organizational steps and agreed evidence. The content, implementation and evaluation of a briefing shall remain with the persons responsible.
Technical implementation
Entrance, course booking, rental materials and internal hall tasks are different processes. The application connects them where a common reference makes sense.
Course guidance, time windows and usable areas determine the availability. The professional participation requirements are coordinated with the hall. Course registration and general admission are given separate states and exams.
Belts, shoes or other rental items require suitable sizes and stock information. Issuance, withdrawal and blocking are recorded separately. A return does not automatically mean that an item may be returned.
Internal tasks or documents require different permissions than customer bookings. We determine which information is transferred to checkout or check-in. Connection problems and manual corrections are considered as separate operating cases.
Helpful are course offers, predefined conditions of participation, rental material structure and the existing checkout or check-in systems.
