With a sports or outdoor rental, the actual condition of an item determines whether it can be spent again. Custom software can therefore consider booking periods and processing steps together. This also includes accessories, delayed returns and in the meantime blocked items.
A wheel may be individually marked while accessories are guided by quantities. In turn, a set requires several suitable components. We determine which identifiers, sizes and combinations are required for a binding reservation.
Upon withdrawal, the condition and completeness can be recorded. An article is then released depending on the agreed expiration or assigned to a measure. In this way, an open cleaning or repair remains visible in the inventory.
Yes. A booking can first reserve a category or size; the specific assignment takes place later. For this purpose, capacity rules and the time of issue must be clearly defined.
Affected follow-up occupations can be made visible as a conflict. We determine who assigns replacement and which change must be confirmed. The exact treatment follows your operational rules.
Technical implementation

Pick-up, return, cleaning and preparation require suitable time buffers. Extensions are checked against subsequent bookings. In case of delay, it must be possible to see which upcoming reservation is affected and who is handling it.
Damage, missing accessories and blocks receive their own entries. Documentation and permissions are coordinated. Price, deposit and possible recalculation are separate processes that can be linked to the existing billing.
Items and equipment inventory, rental periods, return rules, locations and examples of price and deposit calculation are helpful.
